Experience the Joy of the Methodist Church in Bronx, New York

At our campus in Bronx, New York, we offer a wide range of events and programs for children, students, adults, and families. We prioritize both traditional and contemporary worship services, so everyone can find a place to connect. Our congregation voted overwhelmingly in favor of the terms of the agreement and the final disaffiliation from the United Methodist Church. On January 13th, we will accept donations of new and used winter coats to help those in need.

The Young Lords Party (YLP) of New York occupied the First Spanish United Methodist Church in East Harlem and turned it into the People's Church for 11 days. During this time, they provided public services such as free breakfast programs, educational workshops, and health services to low-income residents. At our church, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all. We offer a variety of special events and programs for children and families. Our Sunday School program is designed to help children learn about God's love in a fun and interactive way.

We also host family-friendly events such as movie nights, game nights, and holiday celebrations. We also have a youth group that meets weekly to discuss faith-based topics and participate in activities such as service projects, mission trips, and retreats. Our youth group is open to all ages and provides an opportunity for young people to grow in their faith while having fun. We believe that coming together to worship is tremendously important. It allows us to glorify God as a community and to grow together in our faith.
