A vision of peace

"They will not hurt or destroy on all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea." -Isaiah 11:9

After describing ideal government, Isaiah imagines what life could be like under such a system. This is the reign of God or the government of God. There is peace and harmony, no one wishes to hurt or destroy because all are full of the knowledge of the ways of God. Where do you see this vision beginning to emerge?
